Broccoli Cheese Omelet: 300 Calories

Breakfast food is awesome. It can be hard to find low calorie breakfast foods. There are some yummy dishes out there that will please everyone. You can use any cheese you want but the recipe recommends feta. This dish is around 300 calories.

Here is what you need:
2 eggs
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 ounce feta cheese, crumbled

In a pan, put in the olive oil and make the omelet the way you normally do with the broccoli and cheese. Your stomach will thank you later.
