300 Calorie Spaghetti
Pasta is so good in moderation. For this dish all you need is the following.
* 2oz. of thin spaghetti noodles (210 calories)
* Any store brand spaghetti sauce with meat or plain (80 to 90 calories per half cup)
Cook this dish like you normally would and you have a nice low calorie pasta dish. It is all about portion control. I cannot stress this enough.
